WBENC Certified Masonry Restoration Contractor
Graciano Corporation is a WBENC certified Women’s Business Enterprise and one of the oldest and most experienced masonry restoration firms in the United States, in continuous operation since 1916. We work directly with general contractors, construction managers, public agencies, and developers who need a qualified diverse-business subcontractor with the scale and historical experience to perform on landmark, public, and large-scale private restoration work.
WBE Certification Details
Graciano became WBENC certified following the January 2025 ownership change. We are recognized as a certified Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest third-party certifier of women-owned businesses in the United States.
- Certifying body: Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
- Certification type: WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise)

Capability and Scale
WBE status alone does not deliver work. The diverse-business subcontractors that win and successfully complete large procurements are the ones who pair certification with the scale, safety record, bonding capacity, and demonstrated experience to perform. Graciano brings all of it:
- 110 years of continuous operation (founded 1916), one of the oldest specialty masonry restoration firms in the U.S.
- Bonding capacity sufficient for mid- and large-scale public and institutional projects
- Three regional offices: Pittsburgh (headquarters), Astoria NY, Sarasota FL
- Self-performed trades: tuckpointing, repointing, brick replacement, stone restoration, terra cotta, Guastavino tile, shotcrete, waterproofing, caulking, epoxy injection, facade inspection
- Union signatory with Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) and International Masonry Institute affiliation
- Multiple verified award recipient: Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards (NY Landmarks Conservancy) for Belvedere Castle, Moynihan Station, The Cloisters, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and MetLife Tower; Golden Trowel Awards from International Masonry Institute for Cork Factory, Cleveland Museum of Art, Staple Bend Tunnel, and Georgian Court Bridge
